Phase E

  • Euxyl PE 9010 (schülke) (Phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin)

Procedure

1. Add Phase A ingredients in order with mixing. Heat to 70°C. 2. In a separate vessel add Phase B ingredient and heat to 70°C. 3. Add Phase B to Phase A with homogenization for 3-5 minutes. 4. Remove from homogenizer and begin mixing. Add Phase C and neutralize to pH 6.5-7.0. Continue mixing and maintain temperature.5. Cool to 40°C, premix Phase D before adding to main batch. 6. Once homogenous add Phase E and adjust pH to 6.5-7.0 if necessary.
